We take care of our health People always take care of their health. Somebody is on a diet, somebody goes in for sports. It’s very good. But sometimes everybody catches ill. Then we go to a hospital or a policlinics.

We go to hospital or policlinics When somebody catches ill, he (or she) goes to a hospital. There are a lot of doctors there. But you have to pay if you want to be treated . Here you can see medical symbols 

Extreme sports and Health But there are some extremely dangerous kinds of sports. For example, hockey, figure skating, skating () and others. And even professional skaters (for example, Bam Margera or Tony Hawk) fall down every day. So, be very careful!

Slippery - the worst enemy =O It’s winter now. It’s slippery now. Somebody is happy – he (or she) can slide on the ice.   Somebody is unhappy – he (or she) often falls down!  

We “visit” hospital or policlinics. The second time  If you often fall down you can break any bone and you’ll have to “visit” a hospital or a policlinics. You should have a plaster cast. It’s very bad. But you can decorate it 

Healthy man is intelligent man – train your brain! If you have a healthy body you must have a healthy mind. Train your brain! Do neurobic exercises and keep your brain “fit”. For example, read upside down, pack your school bag with your only left hand (if you are right-handed) or vice versa (if you’re left-handed).

Healthy man is intelligent man – train your brain! If you will do neurobic exercises you will have a full-functional brain  But if you want to have such a brain as Homer Simpson’s  you may continue skipping lessons and play computer games for too long time.
