NOTES In this case we have a special problems 1 - pier abutment (the upper left second premolar) isolated tooth between two edentulous areas will serve as a fulcrum causing failure .. Overall .. A five unit fixed partial denture is replacing the upper left 4 and 6 2 – Tilted molar The treatment will depend on degree of tilting .. We found that the tilting is slight so it needs only recontouring the mesial surface of the third molar
