The presence of corruption in education threatens the efficiency of existing personnel in various public institutions and causes an outflow of capable and talented people who have suffered as a consequence of the corrupted system from the country. The Italian Republic is deeply disturbed by the fact that high rate of corruption can provoke total moral decay of society, increase in crime, instability in political and economic spheres of countries and other problems.

The Italian government, considering its important mission of eradication of corruption in the country, makes efforts to effectively combat corruption through educational sector, teaching the younger generation about business ethics and dangerous impact of corruption. There is a significant number of anti-corruption clubs in Italian schools and universities as a part of government policy to promote the ethics of honesty and moral uprightness among children and to demonstrate them how deeply corruption might be embedded in the public sector. This implies that our country is veritably concerned about the aforementioned question and is willing to assist any state opposing the issue of corruption.
