At receipt of a call in EMS the following data are fixed: • surname, name, patronymic, age and sex of the patient; • short data on a condition of the patient and circumstances of accident or disease; • the exact address and phone, a code of a door of an entrance, and also rough data on journey to the location of the patient.

The arrived call is processed on character, a profile of a disease and transferred to a mobile team of the EMS. Mobile teams go: for rendering of First Pomoshcha and transportation of patients in case of accidents, traumas and poisonings; at diseases, including mental, menacing to life and health of the patient and persons surrounding them; at childbirth and complications of a course of pregnancy; for transportation on hospitalization of the patients demanding emergency medical care, including on a call of specialists of the organizations of primary medicosanitary help.
