Sport is very important part of our life. I think, if you want to be healthy, strong and beautiful you should go in for sports.

The history of the rhythmic gymnastic began in 1913, when the first high school of artistic movement was opened in the USSR. The development of the sport proceeded with the unusual rapidity. The decision to include this sport in the Olympic Games was taken in 1980.

I think, everybody knows, what is rhythmic gymnastic and how it looks like. So, I'll miss the explanations. I'll say only, that it‘s beauty and grace, but from other side - it‘s pain and fatigue, it‘s long hours of exhausting workouts.
